Supervisors will review the framework, the register, incident handling and testing results. Preparation means knowing where every piece of evidence is and having owners ready to explain it.

What this means in practice

A useful test is to ask who would act on this tomorrow morning and what they would need. If the answer is unclear, the gap is organisational rather than technical, and that is usually the cheaper one to close.

Key actions

  • Assemble the framework, policies and register
  • Prepare a summary of incidents and tests
  • Brief management on the review and their role

Next steps

A short internal mock review a month ahead shows where the gaps are. Keep the first version short. A one-page routine that people follow beats a long document nobody reads.
